(hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”)
These Terms govern the rights and obligations of users of the ZooZoom.eu platform.
- Nature of the Service
ZooZoom.eu is an online classified advertising platform focused on animals, allowing users to:
- sell animals
- give animals away
- offer animals for adoption
- advertise pet-related products
- advertise services related to animals
The platform solely facilitates contact between advertisers and interested users.
The Operator is not a party to any transaction or agreement concluded between users.
- Registration and User Account
Users may:
- post advertisements without registration (if enabled), or
- create a user account.
Users are required to provide truthful and up-to-date information.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Advertising Rules
The following content is prohibited on the platform:
- dead animals, meat, or animal parts
- protected or illegally kept species
- animals obtained through illegal activities
- unauthorized medicines or veterinary products
- weapons or illegal items
- financial services or loans
- erotic content
- “get rich quick” offers
- repeated or duplicate advertisements
- advertisements containing excessive promotional elements (e.g., excessive symbols, exclamation marks, logos over images, etc.)
Each advertisement must:
- clearly describe a specific animal or service
- contain truthful information
- be placed in the appropriate category
The Operator reserves the right to edit, move, or remove any advertisement without compensation.
- Responsibility for Content
The advertiser is fully responsible for the content of their advertisement.
The advertiser must not infringe upon the rights of third parties (e.g., copyrights, trademarks, etc.).
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or deletion of the user account.
- Photographs
Advertisers may upload only photographs:
- for which they hold copyright, or
- for which they have the right to use.
By uploading photographs, the advertiser grants the Operator a free, non-exclusive license to display the images on the platform for the duration of the advertisement.
- Duration of Advertisement
Advertisements are:
- published for a standard period of 2 months,
- automatically removed after this period.
The Operator reserves the right to modify the publication period.
- Paid Services – Featured Listings (Top Promotion)
ZooZoom.eu offers paid options to increase advertisement visibility through Featured Listings.
Featuring:
- increases advertisement visibility
- moves the advertisement higher in search results
- does not extend the publication period
The price and conditions of featuring are displayed at the time of purchase.
If an advertisement is removed due to violation of these Terms, the featuring fee is non-refundable.
- Advertisement Ranking
Advertisements are primarily ranked by:
- date of publication
- or boosted visibility through featured status.
Users may also sort advertisements by price or other available filters.
- Limitation of Liability
The Operator:
- does not guarantee the accuracy of advertisements
- is not responsible for the health, origin, or condition of animals
- is not responsible for transactions between users
- is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform
The platform acts solely as an intermediary for contact between users.
- Personal Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the separate document:
Privacy Policy (GDPR).
- Account Suspension
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or delete a user account if the user:
- repeatedly violates these Terms
- engages in fraudulent behavior
- damages the reputation of the platform
- Amendments
The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
